Application and functions

MGG/KL-CC model insertion type electromagnetic flow sensor and

MGG/KL-CC model insertion type electromagnetic flow converter mated to be MGG/KL-CC model insertion type electromagnetic flow meter to measure the volume flow of kinds of conductive liquids.

Characters of sensor:

A) Without moving parts in the sensors, simple structure and reliable working;

B) It could be installed and dismounted in the condition of non-stopped fluid, so it is very convenient to be used to measure pipe flow and easy to maintain and repair.

C) Accuracy will not be influenced by medium temperature, pressure, density, viscosity and conductivity(more than 5μs/cm) etc.

D) There is nearly no any pressure lost and energy consumption is very lower.

E) Manufacturing and installation costs will be lower, especially used to large size and middle size pipes.

F) Using advanced low frequency square wave excitation. Zero point will be more stable, strong resist-interference performance and reliable running.

G) Wide flow range; the full scale of fluid velocity could be any set from 1m/s to 10m/s, output signal and flow will be linear relation.

H) Not only 0~10mA/DC or 4~20mA/DC standard current output, but also 1~5kHz frequency output, that is why it will be widely used to chemical, fiber, metallurgy, fertilizer, paper pulp, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and irrigation industries.

Structure

Insertion type electromagnetic flow meter will be installed by base, ball-valve, gland nut and positioning screw. Tube type sensor is suitable to measure flow of clean mediums, but flat electrodes type sensor is suitable to measure flow of some mediums with impurities.
