1.Introduction

The LDM-51-MN Ultrasonic Sludge Interface Meter is specially designed by our company for continuous on-line monitoring of sludge interface in wastewater treatment processes. Adopting the reliable ultrasonic echo detection principle, the product measures the distance from the sensor probe to the sludge interface and to the tank bottom. It enables real-time monitoring of sludge thickness variation and relevant process control, so as to optimize sludge discharge and chemical dosing control, prevent deterioration of effluent quality, avoid sludge denitrification and decomposition, and optimize the process control workflow.

It is well suited for various water environments requiring continuous, on-line and precise measurement. It features easy installation and maintenance, high reliability and high accuracy.

2.Technical Features

Sludge level meters are widely used in various wastewater treatment facilities, including sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment installations, mining wastewater treatment, chemical plant wastewater treatment, and aquaculture wastewater treatment. It is mainly used to monitor and control the interface position between sludge and liquid, helping optimize the treatment process, improve treatment efficiency, and ensure normal equipment operation.

The sludge level meter features high precision, high reliability and long service life. It is especially suitable for water measurement scenarios such as flowing water bodies, rivers of all sizes, reservoirs, and underground rainwater & sewage pipe networks.
